Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
Your 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical delivery of the goods. You may notify us of your intention to withdraw at any time from the moment you place your order up until 14 days after delivery.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us through the withdrawal form available on your account or order page before the withdrawal period expires. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Returning the goods
Following withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is your responsibility and is subject to a flat fee of USD $20, which covers return freight to our Australian returns warehouse. Goods must be returned unopened, with all seals intact, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product that has been opened, has broken seals, or shows signs of use.
Refunds
We will process your refund, including the cost of the original standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have shipped them back — whichever is earlier. We are not obligated to issue any refund before the goods are received by us or evidence of return is provided. If goods are not returned within the required timeframe, no refund will be issued.
