Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or unusable, we’re here to help. Just follow the steps below:

Contact Us Within 14 Days:
Email support@nattyplussupps.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Review & Approval:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:
If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection

  • Products returned after 14 days

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
