Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be used daily as directed for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

2. The customer must provide:

• A baseline blood test taken within 60 days prior to starting the supplement.
  
• A follow-up blood test taken between 25 - 30 days after beginning supplementation.

3. Both tests must be conducted by a certified medical laboratory.

4. The bloodwork must show no improvement in the primary biomarker targeted by the purchased supplement.

5. Only single-SKU purchases qualify. Bundles, discounted kits, and promotional packs are excluded.

6. Limit of one guarantee claim per customer, lifetime.

7. Refund covers product value only. Shipping fees, taxes, duties and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Abuse & Fair Use Policy

NattyPLUS reserves the right to deny refund claims where:

• Lab reports appear altered or fraudulent.
  
• Supplement was not used as directed.
  
• Customer has previously claimed under this guarantee.
  
• Product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer.
  
• External variables significantly impacted results (including but not limited to major dietary changes, new prescription medications, or performance-enhancing drug cycles initiated during the trial period).
