SHIPPING POLICY
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a follow-up email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times range between 2 to 20 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAX
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and GST, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Natty Plus Supplements.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If it’s been more than 2 days since you received your shipping confirmation and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at support@nattyplussupps.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
