Tongkat Ali is probably the most interesting ingredient. There is some human evidence for improvements in testosterone, particularly where stress or lower testosterone is involved.
Zinc + vitamin D + magnesium make sense if someone is deficient, although they aren't going to magically increase testosterone if levels are already optimal.
Shilajit is another ingredient with some human research behind it.

The difference between taking 1 tablet before bed and not taking one is crazy. Way better sleep all night and wake up with more energy.
