I have mild sleep apnea and every morning it felt like i needed a crane to get me out of bed every morning and have tried so many different products. since i have been using this sleep formula i wake up naturally before my alarm and i don't think that has ever happened and i can get up out of bed easily.

So here it is, after a £300 that I have debated for months on end following the adverts and discussion.
I exercise and work out as regularly as anyone that is interested in this so I know it won’t be a miracle, but an assist to go those extra steps every now and again.
From the initial delivery I was disappointed. Damage to the box exterior, no flash in personalisation from the team with damage to the internal part of the one box showing that something has been removed rather than a separately designed package for the Ultimate Turbo Bundle.
The tubs are clean and informative with dosage and ingredients. I can only give it time, three months to see true changes I can understand and look forward to reviewing over time. Maybe a look at some blood work soon but can’t say I am off to a flying start.
What I like
Tongkat Ali is probably the most interesting ingredient. There is some human evidence for improvements in testosterone, particularly where stress or lower testosterone is involved.
Zinc + vitamin D + magnesium make sense if someone is deficient, although they aren't going to magically increase testosterone if levels are already optimal.
Shilajit is another ingredient with some human research behind it.
The doses are also disclosed rather than hidden in a proprietary blend, which I consider a significant positive.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The difference between taking 1 tablet before bed and not taking one is crazy. Way better sleep all night and wake up with more energy.

Starting taking it for a week and already feeling the effects on the body. Great product and price and real ingredients that actually work.
I have tried other supplements in the past, and while some of them made me feel a little better, I didn't really feel the boost I was looking for in supplements.
