I have not noticed too much of a change or feeling taking this Estrogen reduction. It could potentially be due to already being very active as it is. In saying this, I am not against this product & not that I am an expert but I personally believe if you are someone that has been out of the gym/activity for several years & want to be in a deficit to drop a few kgs then I would definitely add this to your stack,

I am not opposed to purchasing this again due to the ingredients in the product anyway but I would lean more towards the multivitamin & test booster. Like anything else, common sense must prevail, have a good training plan & decent diet to see results, especially if you are starting out.
