Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing NattyPLUS!
Our subscriptions are designed to keep your stack consistent, convenient, and stress-free. Please read the following carefully before purchasing a subscription.


Overview

By purchasing a NattyPLUS subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel. Subscriptions are managed through Bold Subscriptions and your NattyPLUS customer account.


Billing & Payments

  • Your selected payment method will be automatically charged on the same calendar day each month.

  • Charges include the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

  • If we change subscription pricing, you will be notified at least 14 days before your next billing date.


Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

  • Your next billing date is always visible in your NattyPLUS account.

  • If a payment fails, the system will retry automatically. If payment cannot be processed after several attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.


Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your NattyPLUS account or by contacting us at support@nattyplussupps.com.

  • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-refundable (see below for exceptions).


Refunds

  • Because our products are classified as consumables, subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed billing error (e.g. duplicate payment).

  • This aligns with our standard Refund Policy, which applies to all NattyPLUS orders.

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the billing date for review.


Changes to Your Subscription

 

  • You can update your payment method, shipping address, and update your delivery frequencies at any time through your account.

  • Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.

Shipping

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped in line with our Shipping Policy.

  • Standard processing times are 2 business days, but may be longer during high-demand periods.

  • All subscriptions are subject to our full Terms of Service.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
